The property and house
The house lies on 3 acres of property boasting access to over 800 feet of waterfront. There is access to three private and one public beachs with extensive private forest trails. The house layout allows sweeping views of the Olympic mountains and the Juan de Fuca Straight. There is great wildlife viewing from the two large decks with killer whales, seals, otter, sea birds and many other animas being sighted frequently.
The home is 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The floor plan is open concept with the living, dining and kitchen looking onto the ocean with the Olympic mountains as a backdrop. Hardwood fir floors and tastefully decorated throughout. The living room has an open fireplace. There are two full bathrooms. Full cable and telephone is included. There is a roundabout parking area that comfortably fits at least 3 cars. Appliances include: microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, barbecue, washer/dryer, TV, DVD and stereo.
